1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Phlud, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Creators must own or control any social accounts they connect.

3. Creator Campaigns

Brands may publish campaigns with specific CPM rates, content requirements, and budgets. Creators submit clips for review. Submission does not guarantee approval or payment.

4. Payments & Payouts

Earnings are calculated based on verified views and the campaign CPM. Creators may request payouts once they reach the minimum threshold. Payouts are processed after admin review and are subject to fraud checks.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not submit fake views, impersonate others, upload infringing content, or attempt to manipulate the platform. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

Creators grant Phlud and participating brands a limited license to use approved submissions for campaign reporting, advertising, and promotional purposes as described in the campaign brief.

7. Limitation of Liability

Phlud is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
